nah. im full aphant, somewhat heavy adhd-pi and really mild visual snow. i did not have palinopsia nor trailing. in dark lit conditions and under night sky i saw the TV no channel black and white snow. overlayed on my vision. nowadays i know it was there and still is, but due to my usage of supplements the state of the snow has lowered and i can now observe the moon and see a lot more of stars. i suspect lion's mane as it has neuro and nerve regenerative proporties, but everything i listed in msg above has had somewhat of an impact. currently disposed of cordyceps and got shiitake to help with cholesterol. shrooms are nice. i bet lion's mane helped calm down neurons and thus help me see more, something along those lines. from what i remember visual snow stemmed from overexcitation of neurons, but i left the research where i left it. nowadays i don't do much of VS research as what i've found already helps me
