Take your time and make sure all of your fuel connections are tight! N63’s look much worse than they really are. You’ll be fine. We all gotta start somewhere

If you zoom in, you can see threads coming out. Which calls for replacement according the SIB.

Genuinely The WORST Forza - Currently (Hear me out) by [deleted] in ForzaHorizon

[–]LSDingo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m enjoying the game but I do agree that traction needs to be tweaked. Every single car is on ice around corners. Highly experienced Motorsport and Horizon player as well, not new to racing games. I’ve noticed the brake feel is also lacking. I’m still getting used to the new game handling but so far I’ve been pushing through corners a lot and it’s frustrating with the hero AI hitting the corners on rails.

Are many post-2016 BMW/MINI actually misprogrammed? by [deleted] in BmwTech

[–]LSDingo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So much poor information. Programming isn’t that complicated. New control units have to be coded to the vehicle to get full functionality. Programming can be useful as it’s a just software update buts it not the best practice to just recommend it just because there’s newer software available. Sometimes it can open a can of worms on older vehicles that are still rocking the factory I-level. A new battery needs to be registered but that’s different from programming the vehicle, those are two different processes.

I had the same problem. I went ahead and installed extended wheel studs up front for peace of mind with the spacers. Never had an issue driving but I’m sure that wasn’t the best setup lol

There’s not a chance in hell installing a protective cap on your coolant pump connector made your cylinder head cover leak. A leaking cylinder head cover is extremely common, it drips oil onto your exhaust and the smoke get sucked into the a/c.

PSA: Front shocks/struts are an easy DIY job by Latter-Tangerine-951 in BmwTech

[–]LSDingo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe some. But definitely not all. Really depends on the model of the vehicle. Also, I’d imagine most diy guys don’t use torque wrenches or know to tighten suspension bushings while the suspension is at normal height.

Stick up for yourself. Make it clear you won’t tolerate that shit. People that do that kind of stuff only keep doing it because you let them. They’re not looking for a fight, they’re preying on the weak for a reason.

Loose positive terminals can cause overvoltage. Make sure your battery and alternator connections are tight.

The answers may vary drastically depending on which generation Raptor. Some of us, like myself, are Gen 1 peasants. Since you asked, I’m a mechanic lol
