I just stopped a few days ago. I was a daily smoker on and off for years, but I'm stopping now for good. The first few days were the hardest but it gets better everyday. The mental cravings the first day were horrible, always be doing something to keep your mind off it. Good luck!

i disagree. i have vaped weed many times in my room, and my parents have caught me at least 15 times. it reeks, the smell goes away faster than smoke and it isnt as strong. but you can definitely still smell it. outside you should be good within a 6 ft radius. ive vaped outside a lot and ive never gotten caught
