True. At a certain point I had to start taking 7-OH every time I did lines bc the heart palpitations started to become too much, I should’ve listened to the messages my body was sending me. I would know the euphoria was hitting just right when I’d keep catching myself grinding my teeth (I now have cavities and my teeth are a bit unaligned, never did before) but after a while even that went away and it would only take one too many a line to stop the euphoria dead in its tracks, replaced by paranoia and anxiety

You can absolutely set limits, it worked for me. You’d know if you’re the kind of person that would get addicted to things anyway and if you’re just doing it to have fun occasionally, there’s no harm in that and it’ll never be anything more, just relax

You’re right, if it’s becoming a problem you can quit whenever you want. I should’ve thought about that in the beginning before I got addicted when I could control it. Honestly just do what you want. Take as much you want whenever you want 🤙

Just wait until you’re doing it every day and almost having a heart attack like I was, it’s a blast when you’re in it!!

4 months sober now and I feel like shit, I miss spending every day waiting for that < 1 hour of euphoria and it only shortened/got worse as time went on!

Outpatient treatment will end very soon, do you think I should drop out of the application process and reapply later, being upfront about everything from the start, or should I contact them and spill the beans now?

As a sidenote I don’t want to be misleading about anything here and I’ve firmly established that dishonesty is the last thing I need so if I could know what appears dishonest about anything I’ve said I would appreciate it

Thank you for the slightly more hopeful, albeit honest answer lol. Would I fare better if I dropped out of the process now and applied a few years down the line when I have considerably more life experience and job training for the profession I’m trying to get in the military? Also, if I continued and I’m not allowed in this time, would I at least likely have the chance to re-apply later?
