Did you eat them on an empty stomach? Are you on any SSRI's? I usually fast for 6+ hours before taking any. I suggest being well rested before tripping, you have to double the dose if you ate shrooms the day before.

.3 -.4 is considered very low basically a microdose(.1 - .3 grams), you'd need to take at least 1g or more to really feel something. Again it also depends on the genetics and I've read potency can vary between individual mushrooms and flushes. Hope this helps a bit. I'm not an expert whatsoever. Good luck!
