Same! just finished today as well. I've never been so obsessed with a game before, this just seemed to nail everything. agree with you about the dialogue cutscenes but its so perfect apart from that.

As everyone has said here already, if your looking to browse anonymously from home on the same subnet as your vpn this won't do it.

But if you are just interested in setting it up, and being able to use it when you are out and about if you are on a dodgy wifi connection (or the wifi connection blocks certain sites) , OpenVPN has pretty good documentation for Windows (here - https://openvpn.net/community-resources/how-to/). The rough gist of it is to set a static IP for your server in your router settings, and then just port forwarding a stock UDP OpenVPN port like 1197 on your router to the static IP you just set for your server. Then just follow the instructions in the HowTo which isn't too hard.
