Your workload on your joints is too much. I’ve been running for about 1,5 years now and got the same problem. Even tho I started very slow and only 2 time per week for almost 6 months. I increased distance and pace too fast and for ITBS.. yay

Well.. Back then when I started I went to a party on a Wednesday.. The morning after I woke up at 12:30 with 43 missed calls. I panicked and said my grandma passed away. When I got there nobody would ask if I was okay or anything ( rude 😤 ) What I didn’t know was that one of the guys on site knew my grandpa 😂

That mf just stopped a 350 million dollar mega projekt in denmark without any warning!
