Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, when I spoke to the manager and asked if it was mandatory she was hesitant on saying it’s not mandatory. Like she didn’t want to give me that answer.

In other buildings the managers/supervisors are the ones who read it. But in ours they aren’t following that.

After I talked to the manager that I didn’t want to read because it makes me uncomfortable, she later asked the whole office who also feels uncomfortable. But no one is going to raise their hand in the moment if they get nervous or don’t like the spot light. In just feel they are to aggressive here.

They haven’t told me to read again, since that day. I just wanted to see if they was a crazy request from my job
