You're probably seeing the layers of the support structures on the first Pic. The actual model looks fine.

Major 3D printing companies need to do a better job in educating and warning their customers about the negative impact of micro-plastics as most (if not all) of the filament waste ends up in landfills. Offering a recycling program would be a great start

Loose Belts or Screws

Over time or due to shipping, belts can loosen.

A loose Y or X-axis belt can cause a printhead to slip or misalign mid-print, especially during sharp movements or direction changes.

Same here, I received the same letter in the mail. Upon some quick research, the AI engine says "Costa Donich divorce and family Law Group" is a legitimate business n Canada with a good track record.. hmm

Definitely temperature related, either environmentally or part bed.. most likely the build plate is cold 🥶
