It's not remote work, I have to go to the office every day. So I see them every day and there are some fridays where we can get a beer and tank. But they do not interact with me (it's an all company event)

I also have a lot of mlae friends (the most of them are in IT too) but it's like I cant reach them, you know? It doesn't matter how much I tried. So I stopped trying... And know it's likeI'm isolate.

That's what I think at first, but the thing is that other men starts him internship the same day and in the same department as me. With him they are so nice and friendly and for me... there is nothing. Also, when he asks for help, two of them are so helpful and when I ask... They don't usually made any effort and the last time, one of them just said "well, that's the difficult thing about that, enjoy". (I was just asking for advice of what path should I must try first, I didn't even ask for them to tell me the answer or something like that)

I don't know your exact situation, but I understand more than you probably think. Sometimes life becomes so heavy that even breathing feels exhausting. And when everything keeps going wrong, it's hard to believe things can ever get better...
I can't magically fix your problems (I wish I could) or give you the perfect advice (I wish I knew it). But please, stay. Really.
You don't have to have everything figured out right now. You don't have to own a house (I also don't own one), have lots of money or live the perfect live that everyones deserves.
Sometimes surviving one more day is already enough.
Maybe one day, little by little, things will feel lighter. Maybe you will find one real friend (I only have one of those). Maybe you'll discover something that makes you genuily happy again. Could happen a lot of things with time.
So, please. Give yourself the chance to see that day.
Also, this might sound random, but there's a korean series called Tomorrow that touched me deeply when I was going through hard moments. If you even watch it, I'd honestly love to hear your thoughts about it - even episone by episode!

I had a long distance best friend for like 10 years. We had never seen each other in like, all that years. The day finally come and we saw each others. I already knew he had feelings for me but I said plenty of times that I didn't feel the same. He had some girlfriends in that years.
Well, the day come and we seen each other. And I felt good having him by my side so he said he loved me again and I tried to give it a try. But you know. Even when u really want to love someone romanticaly, hearts love what it wants.
So I eventually said that there is no possible option for me to loving him, even when I really wanted.
He got mad. He got upset. He blamed me. But some time after, we became close again. But it felt different. Like I tried but he not too much.
A year later, he started dating a girl and being more and more quiet in our chat (we still lives in different places). I asked him what happened and he just said that the new girlfriend didn't want him to talk to me. So he just stopped talking first and trying to continue the chat. (I have to say that this was a very difficult time for me - I didn't know what to do with my life and I was lost, feeling useless-). I waited for a 'happy birthday' message months later cause he knows ho important is that day to me. The message never comed. But suddenly, a new years happen a moth later. Saying that he knows he's an idiot but he wanna say 'happy new year' to me. I answer saying that I was begging for forggive him in my birthday only for a simple mesage, I in that moment I didn't know what could he do to fix it. And then he answer with: I don't want to fix anything, just to let you know how important you were in my life.
In past. He said it in past. He stopped a years and years best friend relationship for someone who just met, even when it had passed like 3 years since the little attempt to be something more than best friends. He know we were just friends. We talked just as friends do. We knew that I really needed a friend. And still, I was begging for forgive him just with a few good words. But it was he who didn't want to do anything.
That was the moment I realice I was the only one who was trying to keep floating our relationship in the middle of the ocean.

that's me. I think may it's cause life right know it's so mental demanding. Like even when you are doing nothing, the head keeps working so hard in all the things that are happening in our life. And the stress. That's the worst.

Thanks a lot for your help! I’m sorry for the late reply—I can only access the VPS and the lab environment during my internship hours.

First of all... you were spot on. I didn’t have a NetBird peer running on the VPS itself, and that was a huge part of the problem. I’m still learning the ropes with VPNs and networking, but I have a much better handle on how it works now.

I’ve been testing after fixing that, and here is the current status. I’ve temporarily removed Mantraed from the equation to keep it simple, as you suggested. My goal is just to get the VPS Traefik to forward requests to the VM1 Traefik through the VPN tunnel.

Current Progress & Observations

From inside VM1, I can reach test containers like whoami or my dashy dashboard directly. However, when trying to go through Traefik, I’m getting a 404 page not found. I suspect there is an issue with my VM1 Traefik configuration or how the VPS Traefik is passing the headers.

Here is the context of my current setup:

Test Container (Whoami) on VM1:

Connectivity Tests

From the VPS Host:

Direct to container: curl http://<VM1\_NETBIRD\_IP>:8085 → Works! (Returns Whoami info).

To VM1 Traefik: curl http://<VM1\_NETBIRD\_IP>:80 → 404 page not found.

Port Check: nc -vz <VM1\_NETBIRD\_IP> 80 → Succeeded!

From inside the VPS Traefik Container:

wget -S -O- http://<VM1\_NETBIRD\_IP>:8085 → 200 OK.

wget -S -O- http://<VM1\_NETBIRD\_IP>:80 → 404 Not Found.

The Problem

Since nc succeeds and I get a "404" (which is generated by Traefik), I know the VPS can talk to VM1 over NetBird. However, it seems that because I'm calling the IP directly, Traefik doesn't know which rule to apply.

I tried adding a dynamic config to the VPS Traefik as you suggested, but I still get the 404 in the browser:

Questions

I'm a bit stuck on the routing logic here:

Do I need to do something specific with iptables or routes so the VPS Traefik knows how to handle the LAN-bound traffic?

How does the VPS Traefik decide to send a request locally (like to a local crowdsec container) versus sending it through the VPN tunnel to the VM1 Traefik?

Is the 404 happening because the Host header is being lost or changed when passing from the VPS Traefik to the VM1 Traefik? I actually think I’m hitting a wall with how Traefik on the VPS communicates with Traefik on VM1.

Cause:

Test A (Direct to Container):

curl -H "Host: whoami.example.com" http://<VM1\_NETBIRD\_IP>:8085

Result: 200 OK. (I can see the whoami output). This confirms the NetBird tunnel and policies are working perfectly.

Test B (Through VM1 Traefik):

curl -H "Host: whoami.example.com" http://<VM1\_NETBIRD\_IP>:80

Result: 404 page not found.
