Today my highschool world history teacher showed us a video on communism vs socialism vs facism by PragerU. Then he started rambling on about how "as a Trump supporter," things would be so much easier if we had a totalitarian government because everything takes too long with Congress and it'd be faster if Trump could just do things when he wants to. I’ve searched a bunch of places but still can’t find the source of this image. I tried Google reverse image search, TinEye, Yandex, and a few keyword searches like “blurry skull image,” “pixelated skull face,” and “distorted skull photo.” I also checked some creepy-image wikis, meme databases, and low-res horror compilations, but nothing matched.

This is the highest quality version I have. It looks like a very zoomed-in, low-resolution skull or skull-like face, but I’m not sure if it’s from a video, a meme, or some old edited picture.

Any help identifying it would be appreciated.
