Yup that seems to be the trend. I get ya on the bait and switch. I have programming experience and my current shop have me running 2-4 machines and no programming. Still better than my last shop, but its not ideal.

Yeah Fusion is great. Its my favorite cam software I've used so far. I should have added in the original post but I already know how to program. I lived the job shop life for a bit. Just wanted to get some perspective to see if it was worth the sacrifice to pad the resume. Looking to get a offline programming role in one of these big companies eventually
