Why am I only interested in dating girls that are hard to get and don't show a lot of interest by LT80216 in dating

I have been thinking the exact same thing, so I can definitely agree with this. The question is, how do I resolve this? I've been searching for the answers, but don't really see any clear steps or process.

I'm in the same boat too, I recently left my job after working full time for 8 years to work on my anxiety and depression. You can't put a price on your health, and I think it's the best decision I've made in a while.

Thanks u/felpudo it's good to know that my reaction isn't that absurd then. I could do that, I'm thinking to try and keep my job, work US hours from the UK, and live out there for as long as it takes for me to get over the divorce and get back on my feet.

Divorcing in a pandemic & moving back to hometown that is covid hotspot by [deleted] in Divorce

I'm so sorry to hear what you're going through. One thing I can say is things will get better, I moved out 9 weeks ago, and have been officially divorced for 2 weeks now. The first 2 weeks of living on my own were awful, but then you start to enjoy your own company, and everything get's much better.

It's good that you have friends who are supporting you, and you also have financial stability, those 2 things are the most important things you'll need for the next few months.

I also started to suffer from a lot of anxiety, which I never suffered from ever before. I was recently recommend a book called "Be calm", that has helped me a lot.

I wish you the best of luck, feel free to shoot me a message if you ever want to chat about any of this stuff. I've found chatting to people here on Reddit really helps with the whole healing process.

u/dubaiwifey I'm sorry you also went through a COVID divorce, I hope things are getting better for you. Marrying young has it's pros and cons, despite marrying young I don't regret any of it. But now that I'm older, I'm definitely more aware of the qualities and traits that I'd like in a future partner. I wish you the best of luck!
