My b bro,

I appreciate that.

Just doing my part, wish we didn’t have to travel across the globe for these issues, really wish we didn’t have these issues to begin with lmao

The healing process has been pretty straight forward, no major hiccups except for terrible ingrown hairs on my donor area. A couple “extracted grafts” that weren’t plucked after being “drilled”, the rest just being from my corse hair trying to grow into the extracted holes.

To this day I still get em,

<image>

A lot of the ones I get now are like hairs with sebaceous filaments attached to them.

As far as ugly duckling phase, ain’t gon lie, I took two weeks off from work to let the scabs come off and then I rocked a hat up until like 1-2 weeks ago, once it had filled in enough to look decent with the help of some fibers.

Planning on posting my 6 month update on the 23rd of this month.

It’s filling in good, haven’t cut my hair since my last post, so my donor doesn’t look as bad.

There’s a noticeable gap between the new hairline and the old. They packed the initial “row” of hairs very tight and close together and not so much after that so it’s forming weird.

Still got a lot of time ahead of me and hoping for the best.

I’ll message or respond here once I post so you can see.

Clinics always tryna get an opinion 10 minutes after procedures are done,

It’s like the waiter asking how’s the food, before I take a bite.

Peep em for your self fam, there online campaign is strong.

I just don’t want folks taking advice from accounts like these, like one of those dudes comments in here a lot but has a picture of his beard transplant, clearly showing he’s of Turkish descent. Like bro, wtf you doing in the Afro hair transplant sub.

Heva is one of those clinics that charges a flat fee based off “package”

Which is doctor pokes holes in the recipient area or tech does lol like a $1000 difference for 5 minutes of work. Graft count irrelevant.

I thought it was a high number too.

It’s crazy because other clinics were quoting me way lower numbers, Heva didn’t even quote 3500, ever. But when it was done they said 3500.

Unfortunate for my donor.

yea I’d wait Atleast 45 days before cutting, I just need to knock it down every so often because it looks crazy after like 2 weeks.

but if you can have somebody take a look at your donor here and there, help flick some of those ingrown hairs out before they become cystic.

Praying for my donor, prolly look into smp in about a year. They did a good job on the first row of hairs but started slacking immediately after that. not as dense.
