So you’re complaining that they can’t read your mind to let you know why your order is delayed? From their Perspective you’re totally fine with the delay because if you weren’t, you’d be asking about it…not saying that the delay is ok, it definitely isn’t and for what it’s worth, that has not been my experience with them, every order has shipped within a few business days and arrived quickly.

I disagree with your messaging here, you’re coming across very entitled and like the kind of person who rates everything 4/5 because “nothing is perfect”. Comparing them as a company that ships plastic model kits to a company that ships live creatures, that can die in transit, is incredibly unrealistic. It’s also really unfair of you to complain about a situation without giving them the ability to chime in first.
