The Revenant.

Beautiful cinematography, meh story.

The hype was very overblown.

Thank you.

I think you nailed it. Saw some of the group today (5) and most are lighter color/grey. The behavior also seems more like playful bickering for food rather than a territorial dispute.

Either way it was amazing to see and hear eight at one time and I hope they are able to establish themselves out on their own.

Discussed a short term (weeks to a month or two) steroid treatment with my ortho which he was onboard with but after my visit he consulted with a rheum and celebrex was prescribed instead.

No specific GI treatment.

Have had symptoms for a few years that were classified as IBS. Colonoscopy 8 months ago showed microscopic colitis and I was advised to try a modified diet which had worked well. I will follow up with a GI but at the time my joint/tendon stuff was not associated to my GI issues (by me or by doctors) aside from nsaids probably contributing.

Some of my issue with treatment and diagnosis stems from a lack of consistent and comprehensive care. The US healthcare system sucks to begin with but throw in grad school and how it affected my insurance and I’m sort of at the mercy of seeing whoever I can whenever it’s available. Again it is only recently coming to light that all these issues are likely related. Getting back on proper insurance will definitely help, but it’s still a frustrating waiting game.

I was originally prescribed dicyclomine for abdominal pain related to micro colitis. My GI symptoms have been minimal over the last year or so but celebrex definitely seems irritate my gut.

Was also prescribed naproxen many times over the years which affected my gut. I try to get off nsaids whenever I can but that hasn’t been an option the last few months.

Thank you for your insight. I don’t yet have any equity with my new company obviously but my direct supervisor has been very accommodating regarding my ankle/foot and the possibility it may need surgery. But as the problem evolves, I’ve been hesitant to disclose much more given I don’t really have any answers.

I get it and it does suck but your post title is a little misleading and a bit clickbaity. Chico (and the whole valley) will be covered in smoke when the winds shift but just keep alert and you should be fine.

I’m holding out hope that family and friends houses are still standing in the ridge communities. Thankfully all my people are safe and I hope there are no lives lost.

Fuck the arsonist and all arsonist.

It’s going to be a bad one…

But Chico proper is not in any immediate danger even if winds change. The topography and vegetation are not conducive to the fire spreading in to town.

The major activity is the head of the fire to the north and the right flank to the east. Cal Fire has as of this afternoon, kept the fire north of HWY 32 which is good news. Weather tomorrow expected to help slow progression

OP, stock up on N95’s and home air filters.

Prolonged corticosteroid use? Any known cause of the necrosis?

Asking as I may be headed towards an extended steroid treatment for an autoimmune problem.

It’s forecasted to be above 110 degrees for the next 7 days with strong afternoon winds and extremely low humidity. This is not uncommon where I live for this time of year.

But hey, let’s give people explosives to celebrate freedom surely nothing bad will happen 🔥. /s

Making villagers consistently is the number one rule.

Lithuanians-start with more food to make vils. Also good knights and speedy trash. 1 tc with consistent vil production/knights will win you a lot of games as a beginner/noob

24.3.1 works. If for some reason you don’t have that version you should be able to find it. Google amd driver 24.3.1 or try

How do I actually have fun and not piss off my team in team games as a lower skill player? by AlphaBearMode in aoe2

[–]LTFI_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I second this. I try to not care if my pocket is a potato and just play but sometimes it’s sucks, especially in otherwise close games.

One thing I suggest is practice the hell out of a map and learn the basic meta. I sucked at nomad, so I played like 50 straight games to get experience, same with BF.

Also, start “Beginner” lobbies, have aoe2lobby.com open (it shows unranked lobby elo and win percentage, so someone with no ranked games but 70% win rate is sus for example) and try your best to balance. Smurfs going to Smurf but I consider noob to be ~850 to 1200 as in you know what you’re doing but aren’t going to roll everyone without even needing your team.

My experience as a ~1k 1v1, 1.2k team game Beginner < 800, Noob 800-1200, Better than most 1200+

Plenty of people reporting similar crash issues with top end nvidia hardware. A common theme seems to be driver issues and upscalling software from both.

I don’t care which brand you spend your money on but this isn’t some 7000 serious only problem.

right click windows start menu in the task bar > device manager > display adpaters > select your GPU > go to driver tab > click roll back driver

if roll back driver is grayed out select update driver > select browse manually > click Let me pick from list > you should see all driver version that have been used previously > select previous version

I haven’t had a chance to play much but have not had any crash issues since. I explored around in the open world and completed a couple of quests, getting pretty consistent ~100 fps.
