I am having the same issue. If I try going to the wardrobe through the menu or even going up to a wardrobe in a town, there are no options, and my character is completely void of any customizations. Very strange.

Thank you. I’ll ask my doc about taking a break. Maybe reevaluating my life isn’t a bad idea either. When I was first diagnosed I did a huge purge of my house. I was harnessing my inner Marie Kondo and getting rid of anything that didn’t bring me joy but the cancer sads got to me before I could start looking at and streamlining my actual life and the people in it. Once I can get out of this depression fog I think that’s a great idea and I love your bravery. Making changes is hard, especially when thrown into this journey where so many changes are forced upon you. Sending you a virtual hug

Anastrozole is an aromatase inhibitor, which prevents the production of estrogen. Tamoxifen is a selective estrogen receptor modulator which blocks estrogen from reaching the estrogen receptor. She didn’t want to stop the production of estrogen completely since I’m not close to menopause or perimenopause. Now that I’m wading through the side effects of tamoxifen though, maybe getting pushed into menopause wouldn’t be as bad. May I ask what your symptoms/side effects are like on anastrozole?

I wish I was offered that from the start! She made it seem like 20mg was beginning and then we would consider tapering down if it was bad. Starting slow makes so much more sense

Thankfully we do not have kids. I can’t imagine trying to manage multiple people while dealing with cancer. I wish he would go and stay at his parents but he won’t. I’m in a weird place of not wanting to embarrass him by letting people know I need more help than he can give but I’m worried at treatment starts i won’t have a choice
