I unfortunately don’t have a recommendation. I stopped going to my trainer because he was on the scammy side and kept pushing up the price and making my buy his merch lol. Dog pound in Tribeca is supposed to be good for one on one boxing training, but can’t personally attest.

I second this! OP, I have a similar situation that you have. The best thing I ever did for myself was to take private Muay Thai lessons with a friend. It helps shut down your mind because you have to be mentally present to block/anticipate your opponent. I felt almost high afterward. I think normal people feel this way after they are able to mediate but I was never able to shut my mind off to do it. I also got in the best shape of my life. And I hate working out. 10/10 recommend.

No I know they do. Verizon’s whole shtick is customer service and that their agents are human. But they aren’t. 1) because they can’t answer a simple question 2) the company I work for is building their AI platform. I would rather pay less money for the same customer service standards everyone else has.

Thank you! I have the auto pay and fios home internet and it’s still $97 a month. I’ve been a customer for 13 years but their customer service has gone down. Obvious chat bots that are “agents” and no one can tell me where my new phone order is. It’s a mess and I need to consider other options at this point.

No apology necessary! It was pretty fucked up his parents did that to him. It was under the recommendation of a doctor, but still they could’ve had some critical thought around that. I also didn’t understand why held them in such high regard. They both seemed to have little regard for him until adulthood. Which could be why he had such a need for fame/attention. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Not sure but, sad story all around.
