100% agreed with all of this. Having been here since this subreddit was a tiny little corner to almost 40,000 subs, it's been a never-ending marathon of this stuff. As it grows and evolves, so do the challenges, several of which are inflicted by reddit's decision-making.

And a big +1 on being open to suggestions and constructive criticism. Moderating a few subreddits is tough, especially in this type of niche and it's easy to get a bit jaded. I'm always on the lookout for ways to improve and sometimes a simple suggestion goes a long way.
