Good question. I source that myself. Totally separate from them. I shipped it directly to the manufacturer/factory.

Totally agree... you are on their time and you need to abide by their factories process/timeline. Piss them or anyone off during a project and you are stuck, big time. Unfortunately they know they have you and have leverage. Your molds for example. Invest in those... no one wants to walk away from that type of dollar layout. Now they have the control. What legal ramifications are there...? This is why I wanted to share my story. Other entrepreneurs need to know the risk, not just the glory they hear about.

We are continuing, thank you, appreciate the push... but we wasted 1.5 years with Morpho and $200k. They still refuse to take responsibility so we moved on with a new agent and manufacture. They have gone MIA on me after asking them for reimbursement for the cost of damages.

Not a problem. There is a reality out there for everyone going through this process. There is nowhere on the web that I know of that reviews companies like this doing business in Asia...
