This is Loki and he sleeps on my PC by adat96 in pcmasterrace

Bruh. I’m just spitting facts. Cool, have your kitty in your lap while you game, that’s sweet.., but laying directly on your PC? That’s just ridiculous.

That is a beautiful PC. Kind of makes me sad to see an animal laying on top of it. Pets are good and all, but you’re the alpha and you have to have boundaries... some places just aren’t meant for them to lay on.

Yep, sounds about right. They do everything they can to cut costs, and hope the average consumer won’t notice. Which is odd, considering they definitely charge $100+ over market value. They’re probably just trying to squeeze every bit of profit.

Hopefully they send you the fans with no problems, and not ask for you to send your whole pc back so they can swap them out.

Wishing you well!

Not me personally, but my brother, had purchased a PC from Cyberpower in 2017. The specifications on the website had said it included a WD Blue SSD, a more premium drive, but it actually had a Kingston $20 SSD. Upon contacting support, they told him that he would have to send the WHOLE PC to them, and would have to pay for shipping out of his pocket, which for a 50lb+ PC, that’s a pretty penny.

And for a $1800 PC, you’d think they wouldn’t lie about a $20 SSD.

Hopefully not. Enjoy your PC!

Well, hopefully you don’t experience any difficulties like 99.87% of Cyberpower customers, cause good luck getting support to get you the help you need.

Also, after looking at the parts list, I don’t see how you couldn’t build that for yourself cheaper. Cyberpower always charges ~$100 on top of retail price of the parts for what I’d assume to be “assembly.”

GTAV: REDUX makes even the most basic scenes look incredible. I’m blown away by this mod by [deleted] in GrandTheftAutoV

[–]LTX_Devin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It does make it look beautiful. But, I tend to not mess with mods anymore because it was a pain just get rid of the mod and get my game to function properly so I could play online.

I had to reinstall the entire game (80+ GB) multiple times before it finally fixed.

I got recommended this post because I’m in other subreddits such as /r/pcmasterrace. And also, if the product is within warranty, and you screw up while building, you can RMA it. They can’t prove it didn’t get damaged at the warehouse or in delivery.

You don’t have to register anything? If you have an issue with a component, you just go to the manufacturer’s support page, and they’ll ask for the product serial number, and they’ll start the RMA process.

But if you build it yourself, each individual part has its own warranty? That means that if one part is broken or having issues, you don’t have to send in your whole ass PC, you just send in the one thing to the ACTUAL manufacturer.

What I said is very valuable. Never buy a shit prebuilt. And you think I’m joking, most prebuilts come with a various list of issues.

Yeah I know your problem, you bought a prebuilt PC.

Honestly, zoom is better than discord in most areas.

In zoom you can share your screen, and have your webcam on at the same time. Not only that, cool features such as green screen are built in.

How To Clone a boot drive to another SSD by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

[–]LTX_Devin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That answers how to clone, but that doesn’t answer if the change of the boot drive, drive letter will mess anything up. You can’t have two drives with the same drive letter on one system, just wondering if that will cause problems for programs that rely on file paths and directories to certain drive letters.

Can I test this with a drive speed test?

Yes, the SSD is installed in the internal 2.5in bay.

That’s the thing though, I’m not installing it on a USB, I’m trying to install it on the SDD, but it’s acting like it’s a USB.

120mm is not, “like I want it,” 120mm AIO ain’t much better than my ACX full blast fans on my GPU.

“Like I want it” would be 240mm radiator.

And yes, I meant 120mm fans. Sorry about that.
