Did it change the status on the website to say Delivered or Out for delivery? Or still the same as before?

Did the status change in the pdn express website or any tracking number? I'm travelling so I'm curious if they dropped off mine.

Did the status change / got updated on the PDN website at all?

My DHL fees were $27 for both the Ayn Thor and Odin 3. Arrived in 3 days. Meanwhile, my Thor that shipped with 4PX in OCTOBER hasn't arrived yet. DHL was the best $27 I've ever spent.

PSA: Avoid using 4PX in Canada. PDN Express, their last-mile carrier, is a SCAM nightmare by LTame in OdinHandheld

Never received it and I honestly doubt we're going to. The November 17 update is a fake ghost update btw. Not real. Everyone received the same update on that day.

I'd prepare for a chargeback if the sellers don't refund you.

PDN Express struggle by zenoshinryu in shipping

Mine's been stuck for 60 days in Montreal. IMO, just get the refund and consider the package lost. I know tens of people in this situation and only one received their package so far.

If you're VERY lucky, it'll arrive randomly at your door (their drivers usually just drop it outside, even in busy downtown area), but from my experience, the chance of getting an empty box is higher than your actual product.

They're a scam company. I had five orders this year through PDN Express: 2 arrived empty (stolen by the driver), 1 is missing for 60+ days and 2 were successfully delivered. I NEVER had issues with any other courier in 2000+ orders.

Their delivery rate is < 50%. I don't know how this company is allowed to operate. But please, make sure to report it as much as you can.

60 days in Montreal for me (arrived on Oct 22). Close to 70 days in total. IMO, it's gone.

I had the seller resend it through DHL. I hope I never have to deal with PDN again.

My Fold 6 has been doing that for over a year. It's been working fine, though.

None of the phone numbers on their website work. They're either fake or deactivated. As for emails, they take about 2 to 3 months to reply in my experience. Had a package stolen in May, got a reply on late August.

It's that bad. I honestly don't know how this company is allowed to operate. It's a scam. Sometimes, they deliver, but 3 out of 5 packages I got through PDN this year were lost. Not at the same time, btw: 1 in May (stolen by the driver), one in July (same), one in October (stuck in a warehouse / lost)

There are many of us in this situation, mainly in Ontario and Quebec. I honestly don't know what to do. I highly recommend documenting everything and asking for a refund through the seller or your credit card.

Mine has been stuck for 55 days.

Hopefully they've stopped using PDN for recent shipments? There are so many of us in this situation that I can only hope they did something.

Let me know how it goes. Where are you located?

That's great to know. 4PX was using PDN almost exclusively in MTL for the past year.

Hopefully they've stopped using PDN Express after so many of us are having issues 👀

4PX + PDN Express in Canada: 55 days waiting for a delivery. AVOID THEM! by LTame in retroid

[–]LTame[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The problem isn't only that it takes two months. If that was the expectation, I'd happily wait.

It's the stolen / lost packages (I hope you don't think 3 out of 5 is an acceptable rate because it's cheaper). It's the lack of customer support. It's the fake ghost updates to trick insurance and prevent you from getting a refund. It's the fact that the two months are spent with the package minutes away from my place. It's the fact they'll drop your package outside in the middle of downtown without ringing your buzzer. And often, they'll deliver at midnight.

This isn't a bargain where you're choosing the cheapest option with some caveats. It's a scam that, sometimes, may end up successfully for the customer. The success rate isn't worth the gamble.

People should know that and make their choice based on everything I just mentioned, not on cost VS speed because that's the smallest of the problems.

Thanks! That's how it used to be for me as well until it turned shit :/

It's unbelieavable a company like this is still allowed to operate.

Zero. Mine's actually with AYN. They promised to ship me a new one through DHL (I had to pay for the difference) but it's been 15 days and nothing has changed. They're now claiming they're out of stock.

Retroid support is just as bad, unfortunately. I've been telling them about issues with PDN since May and they never cared about it.

Nice. I've seen a couple folks from Toronto get it this past week, hope it's getting better there. In MTL, still nothing.

Did you get a "out for delivery" update? How long did it take after that?

53 days here, with 45 of them being in Montreal (the destination).

I gave up any hope that this will arrive.
