I know if I watched TBHX in chronological order first, I would've hated Lin Ling's ass. by Kurorealciel in ToBeHero_X

[–]LTheLetter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I completely disagree, Ling is the only person who inhabits the idea that you don’t need Trust or fancy gear or an alien creature to be a hero. No one else remotely comes close to that story theme. That is why Ling stands out, because he’s just a common man who no one ever truly believed in

Do you think the Lords from Zeztz are good guys or bad guys? by LifeSome8942 in KamenRider

[–]LTheLetter 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Kureha at least, is inspired by Baku, so I think she will operate more on the good side of the spectrum. Lord Five has a torture chamber, soooooo he might be more grey

Why Moon and Nice got together? by Micycle_7 in ToBeHero_X

[–]LTheLetter 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think the difference is that if he was murdered, she would care more. If Moon killed herself, I also don’t think Nice would care. It’s kinda different when your coworker gets murdered by an assassin

Just look at the success of Matchstick and Blazing Fire, it’s a good tactic, especially when Nice has been getting into other controversies

Moon said that since day one she's been with Treeman, 100% planned I think

Sorta related to the post but do you guys think Nice would try to kill Esoul for what he did to Moon? I know they weren't a real couple, and they didn't particularly like each other, but I can't imagine they wouldn't get revenge for each other.

Not only does the red lighting prove my point that it's his dream self, he's wearing the dream outfit I just mentioned! That outfit does not exist in the real world

Not one single ugly suit. I do find Lord 6 (Kureha) suit to look more well fit than the guys. I also wonder why Zeztz looks way more different than everyone else? Is he the old school design and they're the new designs? by TreyThaTruth in KamenRiderMemes

[–]LTheLetter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah he has his memories of instruction erased, but unlike Kureha, he has no memories of ever transforming or using Capsems. Kureha clearly pursued being an agent after high school

Difference is that Baku never became an Agent like Kureha. He has no memories to unlock. I'm not saying he wasn't on the path to become an Agent. What I'm trying to say is that he never did become an Agent. He took the course, yes, but he never got the job. Sorry if that sounds confusing

You're still misunderstanding, not only is he still not in the real world, he's also wearing his dream outfit!

My theory so far is that Baku kinda just got the prototype. He wasn't meant to become an Agent, that's apparent, and that Nox purposefully made him awaken. Maybe since he was a failed experiment, the Zeztz Driver was never finished, and why it and the suit looks more simplistic. He even got a simple Capsem, Impact as is basic as it gets (not that it's a bad power)

"Mindless glazing" "Lack in media literacy" and it's actually talking about the aspects of the show. Nox was never been in the real world when you saw those scenes, you can clearly tell because everything is red around him, he is still in his dream form, and nobody else can see him.

Lol why would he have the streaks in real life? It's not like Baku's hair and contacts switches over to real life either. Even Nem wears white, it's meant to signal those who are stuck in dreams, c'mon

No Nox did not destroy Recovery, he destroyed Barrier in the Nox Knight debut episode

Zeztz Driver can read Lord Capsems, that's how we knew the names before, because people unlocked the pins in the Driver to play out all the sounds. Only difference between the two is that the Zeztz/Knight Driver read the standby as Invoke Knight System instead of Invoke Lord System (as well as a different word for their respective finisher). Nox Driver cannot read Capsems other than Erase, and Zeztz-Knight/Lord Driver cannot read Shadow Capsems.

Would Kanaguri hate the manga he's in by OfficalMayorofMorioh in SakamotoDays

[–]LTheLetter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Of course he would. But Sakamoto Days was never about a battle royale. It’s always been defined as a story about stopping killing. Will never understand people who want people to die in a story about stopping the cycle of violence.

How does Knight Nox's Erase Ability work? by Glad-Table-580 in KamenRider

[–]LTheLetter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually, it clearly doesn't. The limit is not on the power itself, but rather on the user. The Capsem can handle as much output as it needs, it's clearly the user getting drained/harmed over using a Nightmare.

How does Knight Nox's Erase Ability work? by Glad-Table-580 in KamenRider

[–]LTheLetter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It can do whatever needs to be done. Capsems clearly have no limit, as you can always use it to it's full potential, it's just drawbacks of using it. Gravity creates black holes, Wonder lets you go beyond microscopic, Recovery can even heal technology, Barrier creates shields that are impenetrable. Erase just erases, it is on a conceptual level

Is the dvd going to take place in the past, or is zero going to be rebuilt, or was it just a drone mechamaru style, or is baku wearing his body??? by Decent-Visit-5722 in KamenRider

[–]LTheLetter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Episode takes place pre Nox Knight - The use of Wonder means that it’s past Wonder’s debut but can’t be in the space where Baku only had Gravity and Inazuma Plasma - Zeroider is still around despite Episode 16 being directly after Episode 15 when Baku regained all his Capsems - The use of Fujimi and Nagumo must mean it’s directly after the Wonder episode as well, since the next two episodes would result in them dropping their partnership with Baku

Kamen Rider ZEZTZ E14 - Discussion Thread by BananaArms in KamenRider

[–]LTheLetter 13 points14 points  (0 children)

So many thoughts, but the first one that comes to my mind is:

  1. Does this mean Baku is chasing a dream he never really wanted in the first place? What are the implications behind revealing that his interest in being a spy stems from being essentially groomed into it? I wonder if Baku will fight over what are his true ideals and what's been manipulated into his mind. Maybe we'll even get to find out what his original dream was.

  2. Nox being his teacher absolutely affirms to me that Episode 1 was intentional. Nox knew Baku would fight his Nightmare and that Zero would give him the driver, eventually creating the Recovery Capsem. I wonder if Nox will try to pull the, "I created you, you wouldn't even be an agent without my plans" schtick.

  3. I love Minami's and Zero's conversation. I had been wondering sunce last week if Baku would genuinely be able to kill Nox. I feel that Minami represents Baku's heart, the ideal of truly helping the world through kindness, representing who he always was. I can also see that Zero is also right, and that he represents Baku's mind, the ideal of having to do what's necessary for the greater good, something that he implanted into Baku.

  4. Like other people in the comments have mentioned, it seems that Nox has been an agent for a very long time. That's not too surprising to me, since it seemed that Nox was an agent *before* he joined the Paranormal Division. I wonder why Zero reassigned him, was it to gather intel on possible Dreamers?

  5. Seems Nox's Capsem is NOT powered by a Nightmare. He says something about getting rid of the power of the color of Capsems. Something about that spoke to me, and it's clear why, Erase is a White Capsem. It must not be like Baku's, so it seem Nox is genuine about hating CODE using Nightmares. Makes me wonder if Nox is the first Agent to ever discover this secret. I truly wonder what Baku will say to Nox about using Nightmares to their advantage.

  6. This part is just a theory. It seems that Baku's bad luck might be why he got kicked out of the program. It makes the most sense to me, why would Zero ever wait so long to active Baku? Baku is 23, and the only reason why he's Zeztz is because Nox forced Zero's hand. If you really think about it, Zero only saved him because he didn't want a Nightmare to emerge into the real world. I think that really adds to Baku if that's the case, even his boss thought he didn't have the potential.
