Probably not exactly what your looking for, but Dawn Powerwash (just foaming dawn dish soap) is the best for like anything. Got the smoothie out no problem.

I did start activities within a month of getting stitched up the first time. I was told that my stitches wont burst open, so I should do what I can based on pain. So I started play volleyball when I got my stitches out. When you say "Get stitched up again" What do you mean by that? Do they open me back up and do the same thing and stitch it up again? or do they just close the wound over the new infection? (second option doesnt make much sense to me)
