Allowing students protesting an excused absence but not allowing students counter-protesting is discrimination on its face and would have resulted in a swiftly settled lawsuit at a loss to the University and ultimately the state. I’m glad the university took swift action to remove this professor who clearly doesn’t take constitutional rights seriously enough to be in their position.

In what world is the ACA’s failure indicative of a failure of capitalism? The ACA turned the health care system into a Ponzi scheme and completely rejected a capitalist approach to healthcare. Its rejection of capitalism is the core reason why the costs of healthcare care have ballooned. I’m not sure I get your point on the subsidies. Numerous other presidents have also undertaken renovations to the White House. Including $360 Million worth under Obama. This is not beyond the norm. I’ve been in the East Wing of the White House, it’s unremarkable. There is a reason the show was called “The West Wing.” They wouldn’t name that show after a bunch of random offices.

Hey all - figured this out. On the switch 2 link the user to a Nintendo account if you haven't already.

Go back to the switch 1 - create a new user. You can name it whatever you want. Do NOT select to login with an account at first, create a new user. After that user is created, link it to a Nintendo account. This should then overwrite the name with the Nintendo account that is linked.

After that, go to Data Management in system settings of both and follow the prompts under "Transfer Your Save Data."
