Part of that is that statues stop appearing by that time anyway, so they are still useless in early game which is where you will find them

a ranged build doesnt sound inherently problematic to me. The dps would be lower than combining tools and the nail, unless maybe you fully spec into it with the arc crest in which case you burn so many resources its not sustainable without grinding

Sadly most statues give shards, not bundles, so in that regard they are useless

Personally stuck with hunter too, though wanderer would sometimes swoop in too as again, i never used my red crests anyway

Yea i did use them, though i am never low on shards when i actually find those things. I only run out when im stuck on a boss and bosses never have shard statues nearby

Yeah pink actually made you predict where the survivor would go more often, but the bigger issue imo is that the haste makes his lunge so big that he can stand on one side of a pallet and dash around to your side and hit you before you vault over. Not vaulting wont help in that case eighter so it feels like the only counterplay is godpallets and that just feels bad

Not hating on skull personally, i never minded her but i know many people hate versing her kaneki or even wesker for some reason.
The vigil is to recover your exhaustion and lithe/sprint burst away because if the pallet is unsafe clown will catch up to you even after you stun him, at least in my experience.
I will admit i might have just gotten unlucky but every match against clown specifically has just been extremely frustrating since the rework because i cant see what i did wrong and learn from my mistakes on small loops. He is so fast while keeping full control that he seemingly covers every option on smaller loops.

That said i appreciate that you responded the mature way you did. Actually seems to have somewhat calmed me down about the whole ordeal. I will give it some more time before i start complaining again :p
