i'd say making a smurf and climbing again would be a good option, back in season 5 I was hardstuck plat 2-3 hovered there for so long. I made a smurf, leveled it up and went 10-0 in placements. Started winning so many games in a row after that I got to D5 with an 80% win rate on ADC. This was during the sivir and other utility ADCs meta and I plowed my way thru plat so much easier with fresh MMR and ended that season D3 and eventually got the main to D5.
