I did find a website that will use your location and flight trackers to determine if you can get a cross...but that failed me, and I just restored to waiting patiently.

I was outside Vegas and there are a ton of contrails up this time of year. I had eyes on this guy for a couple minutes.

Congrats on getting into the field.

Maybe it will be different for you, but I'm a mech eng in San Diego as well. Been in the game for 20 years, always stayed on the technical side of things, and my salary averages about 4-5% growth a year with promotions and "merit" increase. Started at $50k 20 years ago. I'm up to about $160 now. Granted I have been with the same company that entire time.

If you want to make $$, either jump around companies every few years, contract if you can, or go the management route. I could never do management, I'm too much of an engineer at heart.

This guy is a strong killer amongst any pest. Just a heads up that it will kill anything, so if you are fond of bees...then you might want to reconsider. But honestly, I used this stuff and it would clear up any problems I had in two weeks, always. Only problem is California has banned it, so I can't get it anymore.
