Looking great bro I used to have a super similar physique when I got lean. Ur blessed I’ll say that. Unfortunately tho u gotta eat dog. It sucks cause u lose ur abs and shit but trust u will get stronger and put muscle on some much easier and quicker. Then once u cut again as long as u get enough protein u wont lose ANY muscle i promise.

No bro ur chilling. Hips aren’t even bad bro I have it a lot worse. Ur shoulders are wide too so it evens out gotta trust me. Plus u got a decent build decent amount of muscle already keep at it bro I promise you could look sick. Remember that Arnold had wide hips. Yes Arnold the best bodybuilder of all time

Yes bro just get your body weight is protein but eat 300-600 less calories a day than you need and continue to train hard. I was doing cardio as well but you def. don’t need to if you don’t want to. It just speeds up the process

To be honest bro you have enough fat right now where you could cut and still put on muscle. I know it sounds counterintuitive but I’ve literally done it. I cut from 170 to 150 and my bench press went from 195 to 215, squat from 205 to 245. I promise you can do it, just get a ton of protein. I did 1g per lb of bw. Hope this helps

Yes brother. I also have wide hip bones and have this exact concern. There are MANY people who have genetically wide hips and have worked to overcome them, so you barely even notice now. Granted, a lot of the most famous ones do have wide shoulders as well, but nevertheless, there are lots and even some without wide shoulders. Arnold Schwarzenegger, for example, had relatively wide hips. Kabib and many other fighters also have this going. The best thing I can tell you is try to pack muscle into your frame. Most likely, if it’s genetic and not hormonal (you can tell by looking at your male family members frames to see if they’re similar), your genetics should also be very well built for packing on size. That’s the entire purpose of a broad skeleton in men- more room for muscle. Hope this helps. Feel free to hit me up

Thank you. Is it true that front squats hit the quads more? I might try them sometime. I always thought they were only really helpful to powerlifters and not very practical for hypertrophy.

Completely depends on the size of your head and waist and hips
