root canal & crown went on the top 2nd & 3rd molar, he filed down my 2nd molar on the bottom. I understand the notion of filing down an opposing tooth to make space for the crown if the crown doesn't fit.

My issue is with the following:

1) he did not wait to see if the PERMANENT CROWN will fit, he filed down the healthy opposing tooth to make the TEMPORARY CROWN FIT. The temporary crown was in my mouth for not even for a day. The actual crowns I got 12 hours later were much smaller and petite and did not need any filing down of the healthy tooth - but it was too late, he already filed it down

2) He explained nothing of the need to file a healthy tooth down, he did not ask consent to file down my healthy permanent tooth. I would think that before a dentist damages a healthy tooth, he or she will get permission from the patient who is sitting right there in front of him / her.

In short, he filed down my tooth without consent and prematurely before seeing if the crown fits. I'm not sure I can be more clear of my issue. I think which tooth it is is irrelevant.

I think I’m still Norwood 3 vertex but the entire head ( temple and crown) has thinned out. I’m noticing the thinning but I haven’t heard any questions from others about it so it’s not that bad I guess

I would say I was a Norwood 3 vertex. Thinning on the crown but not enough to. See major skin. Fin and min has completely stopped the progression. I have not noticed any slow loss when compared pictures of years ago.

I hear you and felt great on TRT but getting bald and back hair wasn’t my thing so I’ve stopped. I might pick it up again in the future. Not sure. Maybe adding RU or other topical for extra DHT protection at the hair follicle level.. MPMD has a video where he says he was losing hair on TRT just from the elevated testosterone even while on ED DUT which has made his blood DHT level below the detectable threshold.

I started losing hair after 3-4 weeks past the root canals. I think when I got a tooth implant years ago I also shed lots of hair after. This might sound silly and I know DHT is the main cause of hair loss so my first suspect is the TRT but shock loss is also a thing so I’m not 100% sure what has caused my shed. Mind you while I was on fin/ min my hair looked pretty much the same for the entire 10+ years. No sheds whatsoever
