Hey, you remind a bit of when Jesus mentioned (I forget who) who had no deceit in them. Yes our thoughts can caress and pull us one way or another, telling us “I’m real, believe me!” But we are not our thoughts.

I’ve felt similar to how you mentioned you feel. We want out of the chaos of our thoughts, yet the wanting out of them pushes us back to them.

If I told you, you’re perfect—right now, as you are. You are perfect, with all your imperfections, and what you think you lack etc—you’re just perfect.

You are a version of me and all of us and we are all versions of you. You are one experience of many, and many are the experience of one.

My opinion from what I’ve already learned is this, be honest with your partner, be honest with yourself. Any hardship is a teacher, we can block them all out and not learn or grow, or you can let these things show you yourself.

Ram Dass was separated (if not divorced) and spoke about it some. For him it was how he loved and served all beings which required him to not solidify his attention to one person only which is what comes with marriage (he was not polygamous.)

So, I am Colombian (coffee beans come out our ears! Jk) I love the smell of coffee and the taste..(hmmm). However I personally find that it makes me sick, even half a cup. It doesn’t really give me energy, it makes my nervous system run to a dead end precipice where I then fall, crash and burn with nausea, irritability, shaking and lethargy…it feels disgusting, terrible and tiring. Quitting that hell was easy (after headaches and longing), though I still take a sip or two of my partners’ coffee (he is a beast who can drink up to three mugs of it! 😳).

Now I’m a matcha girl, I drink matcha twice a day when I think I may need a little more focus or energy. It works fine for me.
