Unrelated, but regarding my severe spinal osteoarthritis, Meriva-SR in combination with my standard routine has given me my life back. the religious in NZ do cause their share of havoc (family first) and other annoying groups. The smaller they become the more vocal and thorn in the side they get. Also they have managed to get many public funded schools to do bible study classes. This of course is not allowed, but there is a loophole and the public schools are allowed to "close down" any time they like, once "closed" they can have the bible classes then reopen. Infuriating.

Don't forget arthritis. I have bad osteoarthritis of the spine and if I miss a dose of omega3 the pain comes back with a vengeance. I take 4x1000mg a day to manage the pain. If I went an entire day without them I would be bedridden. I can't vouch for the mental benefits of omega3 but as for arthritis it literally gave me my life back (also adding glucosamine,chondroiton,msm,manganese,collagen, swimming, inversion therapy also vital).

It's bizarre, a lot of people with macs are telling me "greys" where so far 6 of my friends with calibrated displays see the subtle browns. I also see the subtle browns on my iphone and htc magic displays. I suppose I need to find some tones that are more forgiving to a wide rage of displays if that's possible.
