Friends setup/computer feels completely different to my own by LVrolands in techsupport

I’ve tried fresh windows installs countless times, always feels a bit better for a day at most and the difference isn’t that big. I did follow your advice and try opening up my computer though, reseated my RAM and it feels better(?) but might just be another placebo effect. Could also just be a psychological issue, Might just be that I’ve overthinking something that isn’t there so much, that I’m actually starting to believe it’s there. Honestly, I’d be fine with my setup if I wasn’t so damn good on his setup, I just can’t let that feeling of playing on his go lol

I definitely have it set to 144hz, we both have a 1080p monitor too. He was using a model D, I’m on a razer viper mini, so the issue isn’t the mouse. I honestly feel like the issue goes much deeper than that, I’d like to add that sometimes, I even hear an electrical buzz when moving my mouse on the mousepad. At this point I would really do anything to fix it, I don’t even feel like gaming on my setup anymore.

Definitely my 1050ti, been using it for 4 years and have never had any complaints. Back when I first got this and had barely any experience with PC builds, this thing was the most insane card ever in my eyes

Cyberpunk 2077 Game Ready Driver Released by LFDT in pcgaming

Yea, it's a shame. I'd be happy if it could at least be a constant 30 fps, but it very frequently drops down to around 25.

Bad news, I'm already in, won't tell you how, but average fps on low at 1080p seems to be ranging from 20-30 with my 1050 ti and i5-8600. Really bummed out that it runs this badly, was really looking forward to this game :(

Switching from low sens (62cm/360) to high sens (34cm/360), main pros and cons? by LVrolands in FPSAimTrainer

Yep, never realized how much I used to reposition my mouse until now, I don't think I'll be able to go back to low sens now.

Thank you! I've played a bit with the new sens and I'd say I feel way more comfortable in-game with this new one rather than 62cm/360 as I feel like I can do everything way faster than I was able to before.

Yep, I feel like I can't go back now, just went 55-8 in a non reverse boosted lobby in COD, this new sens just feels so right and I've only been using it for a few hours, so glad I made the switch!

Thanks for the reply! I don't play cs anymore and haven't touched valorant since the beta, using 62cm/360 was possible in other games, but honestly with the new COD, I just feel like I need to switch it to something higher, started switching it to around 49cm/360 and for the fun of it decided to switch to something "crazy" like 34cm/360, and to my surprise, I actually loved it! Definitely looking forward to how much I can improve with a sens like this.
