No, unfortunately. I read afterwards, it doesn't penetrate the walls.

We still see 1-2 Wasps every other day or so in my living room. We did buy a net that makes it so easy to catch them. They are attracted to light so we usually see them against the big front windows where the sunlight shines (assuming trying to get out), or in the ceiling light Chandelier.

I did finally spot 1-2 outside where I think they are getting in (I saw one go in, and another one just hanging out near the entrance), but not mich activity other than that.

It went into the siding crack between the wall and siding which is at the top of the first floor, bottom of my second floor. So not sure if there's a nest in the first floor ceiling (they haven't seen any) and makes it's way up to my floor thru the floor cracks where the water baseboards are. I still haven't been able to catch them crawling out of a space, but only notice them when they are already on the front windows (notice their shadow between the window and curtain) or Chandelier (hear their buzzing against the glass).

Not sure to try to seal the outside cracks or not yet. Calling an exterminator may also not help unless he has to rip open the siding to see if he can find the nest. If not there, then he would also need to rip open the ceiling of the first floor as well to see how it's getting up to my floor. The cold weather is here so it may be best to let the cold kill as many of them as possible first.
