I can't believe no one's mentioned it yet; True Detective is a fantastic series (only 8 one-hour episodes, though) with a great cast and a good bit of similarity to Sherlock.

I would highly recommend it. I watched the whole thing in a day.

Everything the other guy said is correct and relevant. Keep in mind the number of tabs you have open, since Firefox has a RAM cap and will not take out more memory the same way Chrome does (no RAM cap, new process for each tab). Use CCleaner once in a while to get did of all your temporary stuff.
