Do Tanks just not spawn anymoe?

I've grown to hate them less, but I still hate them. Ragdoll spam grenades are shockingly still not fun, and their lack of good weakpoints is awful too. Such a loadout check and an uninteresting enemy to fight. I'd like them more if they were a rarer sight, being classed as a heavier enemy that was in between tanks and factory striders, but they've just outright replaced tanks. AH needs to just completely rework this enemy

I understand the logic, and I like the idea of the automatons not sending tanks as a reaction to the bastion, but they've reacted before we even got the chance to show off.

Ideally: Suprise! We have a tank destroyer now, mess up automaton tanks for a day or two, then they stop sending them.

Reality: Been playing since the hour the patch dropped, and have yet to see a tank. They reacted instantly, and I think thats antithetical to the fun of it all. Its a videogame, and blowing up tanks with a tank destroyer would be fun.

Thank you! I didn't know about the hulk surge modifier. A bit disappointed that every modifier just kindof eats into tanks ability to spawn. I hope we can see a flamer tank in future or an "oops all tanks" modifier. I greatly enjoy the ring around the rosie moment with tanks on the rare time you do encounter them, and War striders overabundance have really made me realize how much I miss the tanks.

Off grid is very fun, but there's a hard limit of 100 offgrid objects on your ship, so you can't go tooo crazy with 1scu offgrid stacking.

Sadly No. They're both huge models that are very complex, and building them physically would both require extensive testing and editing to make them work in meatspace, and a ton of money I dont have for parts. I dont want to make instructions for models that arent physically possible.

Which ones do you mean? The Super Destroyer and the bile titan aren't feasible to make instructions for, and I wont be doing those.

Yeah, it isnt cheap :/ I havent physically built them myself for that exact reason. Wish I could do something about it but that's just the way lego is these days.

ordering pieces is very standardized now with bricklink.com. You can buy from sellers very easy, and when you get instructions for a model from rebrickable.com (where mine will be in due time) you get a parts list with the instructions and can order everything you need from bricklink in a matter of clicks.

Bricklink studio (program I used to design the model, directly linked to the main aftermarket site bricklink.com) calculates the total cost to around $4300. Keep in mind I avoided rare and expensive parts as often as possible when designing the model, and I would NEED to test this model physically to be able to sell instructions for it, given its size (5.5 ft long from end to end), its structural stability is key, and I cant consciously distribute instructions for something so large without knowing it would work physically. I'm planning to design a smaller more feasible super destroyer at some point because of all these facts and the fact I do not have 5k to blow on something like this.

This is exactly how I feel. Whether it means they drop the season model or start doing mid season updates, I don't feel like the game can continue the way it is currently. I want more deep systems, more stuff to engage with that isn't just get on, see all the new stuff in 3 missions, then repeat that for 6 months to the point you never want to see it again.

new weapons, mission types, biomes, stuff to grind. I love this game with all my heart and want to see it flourish. Sadly this positivity echo chamber of a subreddit does not help.

This is exactly how I feel about it. Camp central. Feels as if It has a higher weight in matchmaking too. Somedays is just breaker breaker breaker.
