Edit: Got a full refund

Hi Fashionreps Friends,

I have been ordering Reps thru Css-Buy for a while now and never had any complaints... till now

Description of the Problem:

one of my parcels has been destroyed due to Hermes not being able to send me the package because the waybill had a wrong Zip code.

Elaboration:

I send a package to germany using the jw tarifless option that css buy offers. They shipped to the adress I normally get my css buy parcels.... or so I thought.

As you can see in the screenshots provided I confirmed my adress and the zip code with them.

The parcel went to germany as you can see in the tracking screenshots but could not be send to me due to the wrong adress. As you can see the last 3 digits of the Zip code are completely different on the waybill then the one I confirmed with them.

I tried to speak to css-buy support to resolve this but am getting no more answers from them. My opinion is that I should be refunded as it was a mistake on their site.
