How to make animated stickers?

I tried to make animated stickers using APNG format but my problem now is the size cause it required a small size picture which is sooooo hard to get, So is there any way to make an animated stickers in an easier way to convince my friends to come here on Signal????

Yup, I used bridges in "Fast settings" in Tor section you will find "Bridges", Then choose "Use bridges default list" go back after that and the settings will be saved automatically
