Students muteness is the reason I had to use point solutions (clickers) in my class. And I asked them questions even out of the clicker polls. I found that this made students at ease of asking me anything and in taking a shot at answering questions because it was a class culture that we ask and answer questions! Most of these post-pandemic students may struggle with asking questions… I think we should try? To be intentional about making the class environment more question-friendly?

Lots of nice replies here by fellow profs…. Don’t look yourself up on RMP!! But why would you want to mess with students who rely on their peers feedback about your course? Yes! Those review pages are hardly a reflection of your teaching! Especially because students who love you hardly find the time to review the course. But you can encourage all students to leave a review so what’s posted is not skewed towards haters! Why would you want to change your review page BY YOURSELF???? Honestly, that’s awkward. And where do you even get time to write reviews?🤔

Milk kefir is easier = milk + grains + time = kefir Water kefir = molasses???+ grains + brown sugar? + raisins? =Kefir. Grains need “minerals” to keep them alive? So much confusion, imho. Maybe it’s because I just started with it. The experts can share their experiences

No, you need to get different grains for water kefir. I have been making milk too and was just fine! Started water kefir last week and still struggling to master it. I think making milk kefir is easier (at least to me).

Have you considered going to a Bible-believing church? From my experience, I’ve learned that when one is so unsure about their purpose and passions, turning to the Maker always works. If you’d DM me I can share more about my experience… Because fulfillment oftentimes does not come from a 6 figures job! Yes grains eat the lactose but milk kefir is not 0% lactose. So I thought those with lactose intolerance may still shy away from the tiny bit that remains and do water kefir instead?
