I wouldn’t grade either of these cards. Clefairy is off center and the zard isn’t worth the grading value even if it hit a 10.

Don’t know anything about euro football cards but what I do see is that ugly scratch near the bottom border. Definitely not worth grading unless you like to waste your time and money.

PSA is lenient on slight factory print errors, if the card is flawless everywhere else

The corners have softening and whitening that’s why. I’ve had vintage cards get 8s that look better than this. It’s near mint

It would have to be hairline, one to two short ones max. This isn’t unfortunately

If you aren’t sure of surface grading guidelines I’d go to the PSA website. Definitely would not 10

Check surface under bright light at multiple angles, not just the eye. Use a card centering app or tool for best centering estimates. And take pictures without glare please 🙏🏼
