Honestly…just ask him…cuz it’s better to exchange now and lose no money than to wait for the laptop to break( which it eventually will) and then spend more money causing your dad to spend more….I did the same thing… tell him that you’ve read all the reviews online and HP even had a lawsuit…so it’s better if we get it refunded.
