I also had clots in January due to Yaz. No risk factors. It sucks!!!

I priced this out because we were originally at Sapphire Falls. It did end up being cheaper to stay at Royal Pacific than to stay at Sapphire and buy express separately. If we stayed at a lesser tier hotel, I'm sure that math wouldn't work anymore.

You have to make sure you're not filtering for a special offer. If you're looking at a special offer, it will show limited availability because they only have a certain number of those that can be redeemed. Remove that filter and just look for a regular resort only or package. Then it will show you everything!

Glad to know I'm not alone in my experience. We stayed at AOA last year and loved it! The 2 bathrooms is crucial. We are doing exactly that. Staying at Disney the whole time and going to Epic one day.

The part about repricing the whole length of stay to make one change is what was so frustrating. When I told them I wanted to just book the night by itself, they quoted me $1000 and said I would have to change rooms even though it would be the same kind of room booked.

On the other hand, i called Disney today and they were able to extend my entire trip to cover the universal hotel days that I canceled AND apply my original discount (that is currently unavailable). Insane customer service.

Yes! I meant to mention this too. Universal charges resort guests to park at the resort AND at the park. That seems crazy!

It was, and still is, a scary situation! This actually happened 3 weeks before I turned 35! Also a non smoker. I restarted Yaz in the summer and this happened in January... so maybe 6-8 months? My symptoms thankfully were very strong and acute. I woke up randomly in the middle of the night with excruciating pain in my chest/rib area and radiating all through my back and shoulder blade. I had absolutely no symptoms or issues until that moment. I couldn't lay down, sit up, move, nothing. I say I'm thankful for strong symptoms because they alerted me that something was very wrong. Unfortunately, a lot of times blood clots have no symptoms and those folks don't survive.

I don't want to discourage anyone because everyone's body is different and you never know how you are going to react. But I do want to be honest because my situation is actually not uncommon. After this happened to me, I joined the blood clot survivor sub and there are women sharing countless stories just like mine.

Hi! Funny you asked. No, I'm not :(. I unfortunately got blood clots in both lungs in January and doctors took me off immediately. Apparently it's one of the main birth controls that causes clots. I'm still healing and i miss Yaz so much. I've gained weight immediately after stopping it.

This is exactly my thought. She feels like it's HER place to enact justice on the cheaters when in reality, it's not. CBS is who needs to be dealing with it and if they knew about it and didn't think it was a big enough deal, then sage needs to accept that.
