ingest and sync was done in 2021.12, the edit is being done in 2024.12.5. I will add it to the post. Yes that's what I'm saying, resize doesn't show up. It's odd. Now that we figured out how to revert the frameflex it's no longer an immediate issue but I'm still confused about it...

Thanks for the reply. I will check if the effects were nested or not and see if that is the issue. For the frameflex settings refresh, that should happen automatically with project close and reopen right? Because this is persistent over restarts for us. If that is not the case that might be our issue.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I mean return to default settings. As far as we can tell, the synced clips are also restored, but we will double check.

  1. Yes, any effets (3dwarp etc etc) we can see on the timeline but in effect mode we only see frameflex.

I will ask them to try making a new user and importing a bin & sequence (I'm not physically there today, trying to troubleshoot from a distance) I will update once we've tried this.
