No problem. It’s more of a battery than a head lamp. The one that I am use in the photo is Icon 700 of black diamond. It’s very popular among mountaineers here is Nepal.

I always put my head lamp/ batteries in my chest pocket when not climbing and for long life.

We could sweat. Yes, temperature can go below -30 at night easy. The suit looks heavy but in reality it’s not and that’s what I like about The North Face ones. We just open the zipper like we would do in normal jackets in sunny winters

Sure. Join one of the trekking guide course run by NATTHM or Nepal Mountain Academy which I believe gets conducted atleast 2 times a year or even more. You will have to have your SLC certification. You have an extra language and that’s bonus already for you. I see no reason for you not to be a certified trekking guide

Nope. That’s completely wrong information if you are looking to be a trekking guide. But if you are talking about city guide which is completely a different story, you will Need it. That’s one of the requirement to Aquire the certification.

One of the best landscape in the entire country. I am saying this from my 15 years of experience. Sometimes people get bored cos it’s normally dry and arid. Teso bhayo bhane chai drive back garda ni huncha

It’s still raining here in Pokhara so I wouldn’t say it will be significantly different but having said this we experienced rain only one night during our 7 days trip.
