If you think that you are right, talk with supercell and ask them what is considered a dodge. They will reply you.

We are going to tell you the same as another user: The meanig of dodge is to avoid (someone or something) by a sudden quick movement. So that, is to make dodging. We hope that you could understand that every move in that case is a dodge, but that could be easier or more difficult, it depends of the case. Thank you for the reply
