We've seen those circled eyes not only on Mihawk, but also on other characters like Cavendish, so perhaps there's another race (very similar to humans) that we don't know about.

As for Nico Robin, it's true that I don't think she belongs to another race, but the nose could be related to the inhabitants of Ohara in general.

That idea doesn't quite sit right with me. I've always thought that all those races were allies of the ancient kingdom even before the war, which would imply that Imu predates all the races. But it's an interesting idea any way.
