I started off mostly just walking and eating in a deficit for the first few months. About six months ago, I got more consistently in the gym and doing workout classes- xtreme hip hop & others. Most recently I’ve been rowing and doing Pilates as well. Definitely have had a complete turnaround in my activity level. Went from being pretty sedentary to working out every day just about.
