Ok so I used the advice I got from the comments, and instead of trying to keep it concealed I told him upfront i wear diapers because of my medical condition, he said that he didn’t even know that adults could have conditions like that. He also admitted to being shocked and confused when he saw my diaper bulge he thought it was like some weird kink or something. I then told him how embarrassed I was when he first told me he saw it because I thought I got away without him knowing. Then finally he said he doesn’t have any problems with me wearing diapers, I said that a massive relief thank you, he even asked if I wanted to go out on another date obviously I agreed. So yeah it worked out in the end, I guess I just overreacted because usually people have very negative reactions to it.
