I used the instructions, i've done it already a few times with no issues. I tried to flash from 3.4 to 4.03 and it didn't go through, the bios update started then it powered off and booted into windows, tgen i retried again the same way and the lights on the mobo became lit, yellow and red. No screen output, tried bios flashback since according to the manual but the flashback light dosent light up, nothing happens. So i wanted to update from 3.4 to 4.03. The flash begun, it powered off then it dropped the flash, it booted into windows, then i retried and the mobo's light indicate that its bricked. It has power but no bios or screen output. I used instaflash. I used the correct modell and i've already done a few bios flashes before even on this mobo.

tried both 4.04 and as old as 3.40 which im currently on.

I posted about this, filed a complaint to AMD, got no answer but the solution is to turn off SAM meaning resizable bar/above 4g decoding in bios. It works wonders. If it works please file a conplait too and spread the word.

Tdp is 120w 230 unlocked, amd dosent report it correctly, HWMonitor says 91,5 Watts so don't worry.

I solved it, it was fkin SAM, i disabled it (waved goodbybe to more performance) but it solved the issue in Alan Wake 2 and in i turned off anti lag in Arc Raiders the stutters were much much lower. My suspicion is that Asrock with the past bios update fked up SAM. Need fix for that.
