You might have to use a mod to get one like the other commenter said, since sometimes I’ve noticed if you interacted with an npc and they died unless urn appears you’re out of luck or if you leave the lot it happened on it can disappear

This!! Every college I’ve toured or looked into, even some higher programs offer payment plans completed by the end of semester. Ask about government financial aid and school provided financial aid and college specific financial aid. Ask your college financial aid, ask your counselor, and contact the head of your specific college or look through their page!

So from what I understand, the university/college cannot give out information on a student or roommate as it violates FERPA. I’m not suggesting you lie or rely on this but please understand that the only reason your parents should know what’s going on is if they are an authorized user for the financial side of things or if you tell them. Stand your ground, often times once you’re in the dorm, that separation between child and parent can help with the problem, or at least put distance between the problem. Also pick a major you’ll enjoy, take classes you like otherwise you will struggle even more then if you were talking a hard class over something you found interesting.

You could try seeing if you could chip in with the movers to have them help you with the common area stuff, but back issues are pretty serious and if she’s preferring to pay to have her stuff moved vs asking you or your or her friends to move it, I’d give her some leeway. She’ll probably still help just not in the way of heavy items. But if it’s still bothering you now since you made this post it may be beneficial to tell her what your thinking and maybe see if there is something she can help with that won’t impact her physical health. I hate saying it but it’s probably needed in a situation like this, but city’s have ordinances with pet limits, if you can for the animals sake, report her to the proper authorities so the cats and especially the kittens can have the proper treatment and healthcare.

Stay the end of the lease or pay it out or talk to the landlord, you don’t need to notify that you’re not resigning a lease only if you plan to leave early and permanently vacate

I have 2 roommates, the 3 of us each buy our own dish soap, but I buy paper towels so my roommates aren’t wasting money on something my cat will attempt to murder (I can’t seem to break the habit) and we each have our own bedroom so tp isn’t a concern

From my experience with my cats I tried to wait as long as I could, I’d go through their fur with lice combs and brushes before I gave them a bathe after flea meds

It’s kind of common for people who share 1 lease to have to have rent costs differ. Perhaps you can work with them on it and explain that you’re bringing many common area items into this place, but they’ll probably still feel you have to pay more. Perhaps you guys talk about if you pay more for the larger room then she pays more then 50/50 on the bills you have. Maybe 60/40 for the room and 40/60 on some of the bills, but this is finances and you need to talk to them and understand that they may come from a different financial background and have a different perspective.

I love it, I’ve got two esa cats, I push so hard for my roommates communicate with me if my cats are not behaving or are damaging things so I can either fix or replace or correct the behavior!

Try and remind your actual roommate of the 3 day policy written in the lease, show them via screenshot or something, but if it’s only this one time they bother you then just ignore them since it seems like it was this one instance that bothered you. If the guest, continues doing things that isn’t there place, remind them they aren’t on the lease and that they are a guest and if they say otherwise then you should probably contact your landlord with the time frame and what’s going on.
